Layton Construction requires that all subcontractors be prequalified to be eligible to contract work with our company

If you are a subcontractor who has worked with Layton Construction previously, please contact our prequalification department directly via email: You will be provided with a link and a password to access the system. Please be sure to include your company name and Federal ID number in the email.

If you are new to Layton Construction and would like to be eligible to bid and contract work with our company use the following link to begin the Prequalification Process.

In addition, please submit the following supporting documentation. All documents are required before we can begin processing the application. At least one of the following must be attached at the time you submit your prequalification form. The remainder of the documentation can either be attached at the same time or sent separately via email to

  • Signed W-9 (click here to download)
  • Signed Safety Declaration (click here to download)
  • OSHA 300A forms for the last 3 years and EMR rate
  • Reference letter from your bonding company stating your single and aggregate project limits and your average bond rate (only if you are bondable – if you aren't, just click 'no' in the surety section)
  • Third-party prepared financial statements for your most recent fiscal year end.
