Pacific Business News Highlights Layton’s ‘Two in a Box’ Team
HONOLULU (November 22, 2019) — Layton executive vice presidents Tyler Dillon and Will Summerhays are featured on the cover of the Nov. 22 Pacific Business News. The magazine profiles Layton’s “two-in-a-box” leadership team in Hawaii.
The two executives have equal control over the management of the Hawaii strategic business unit and support and challenge each other to create the best outcomes for clients and employees.
Summerhays has been in Hawaii since Layton came to the Islands in 2006 to build Koloa Landing in Kauai, and Dillon joined him three years ago after completing the world-renowned Faena Forum in Miami for Layton.
Layton most recently completed the Ae’o tower in Honolulu and has built many high-profile projects on the Islands, including the Diamond Head Tower at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children and the Embassy Suites by Hilton hotel and Residence Inn by Marriott, both in Kapolei.
Layton is currently constructing The Block at 803 Waimanu in Kakaako and the University of Hawaii at Manoa Life Sciences Building.
